Easy Crockpot Dinner
-Ingredients-
Chicken breast (thin cut) 2-4
Minced Garlic 2tbs
Rosemary (ground or leaf)1tbs
Butter 2-3 tbs
-Directions-
Heat a pan or skillet on medium temperature, once hot melt your butter then add your chicken. Season your on the upside cook chicken 8-10mins on each side depending on thickness it may take longer. Flip and season the other side of your chicken. Cook until golden brown, this pairs well with any side low in starch (veggies broccoli or zucchini).
Season with salt and pepper to your liking & enjoy!

Low carb Foods
Meats such as, Chicken breast, lean cuts of beef e.g. sirloin & tenderloin, Pork, Shellfish, Tofu.
Fats such as Avocados, Coconut oil, Nuts e.g. Almonds, Walnuts & Pecans, Seeds Pumpkin, Chia, & Flax, Salmon, Greek yogurt.
Non-starch Veggies such as leafy greens e.g. Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Bell peppers, Zucchini, Cucumber, Green beans, & Mushrooms.
Fruits- Berries e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, Melons such as watermelon, cantaloupe, dew melon, peaches, plums, & kiwi. (these have natural sugars)
Beans- lentils, chickpeas, green peas, black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, navy beans.
Beverages- Water, unsweet teas, Unsweet black coffee, Sugar free sparkling water (moderation some have high sodium) bone broth, Diet drinks (in moderation always check the labels) Sugar free soda (check labels & drink in moderation) red or white wine, spirits (without sugary mixers)
